At Converge, we come alongside you with a clear, supportive process from discernment to deployment. We help you clarify calling, receive assessment and preparation, develop a strong team of supporters, and stay connected and encouraged once you are on the field.

For many who connect with Converge MSC, this often means serving in the Caribbean region by strengthening pastors, supporting local churches, and helping expand gospel presence. For those called to full-time service in other parts of the world, Converge International Ministries provides pathways and support for global placement among the least-reached.
