Converge MSC provides you with the opportunity to be paired with an experienced coach who meets with you regularly. Your coach helps you process real ministry decisions, clarify priorities, set goals, and build healthy rhythms. Board Development
Board Development training equips church boards with unity, clarity and mission focus. Short videos, guided discussions and practical tools build trust, governance and spiritual leadership. Along with digital resources, someone from our team meets with you and your board in person to strengthen and support your work.

Capital Campaigns help growing churches plan wisely for the future. Converge MSC partners with Church Growth Services to guide your team through a biblically grounded, mission-focused process. Church Health Assessments help you see what’s actually happening in your ministry by gathering real data from your congregation and leaders. Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning is an onsite experience where Converge MSC works with your staff and leadership team to clarify your mission, vision and values. Prayer First
Prayer First helps churches make prayer their first priority. We equip congregations to build a culture of prayer through Prayer First Weekends, 21 Days of Prayer, 2nd Tuesday Prayer Prompts, and regional prayer gatherings. Calling God’s people to seek Him for spiritual renewal, awakening, and kingdom advancement.
Together Groups

In partnership with Chemistry Staffing, we guide your team through each step of the search and selection process, ensuring a healthy transition and helping you identify and call the right pastor for your church’s next season.
Global Missions Development
Global Missions Development helps your church take meaningful next steps in engaging the nations, whether you are starting from zero or already have multiple projects in motion. A member of our team will come onsite to meet with your leaders, clarify your mission goals and help you build a pathway for short-term trips, long-term partnerships and sending missionaries from your church.
Church Finance 101
Church Finance 101 is a one-day onsite training that equips churches with clear, biblical financial systems that build trust, fuel mission, and strengthen stewardship. We walk your team through budgeting, cash-flow management, internal controls, and generosity development so your church can handle resources with integrity and confidence.
Intern and Residency Planning
Intern and Residency Planning helps churches raise up the next generation of leaders.
